# Zip function not working

 * Hello,
    I used the free version first to test everything but the Zip/Unzip function
   wasn’t working: See: [http://prntscr.com/93ifdn](http://prntscr.com/93ifdn)
 * I went ahead and purchased the pro version thinking that this may be a limitation
   to the free version. I installed the pro version and It’s still an issue. Can’t
   create archives ( after selecting folders and/or files )

 * Sorry to answer you so late, I did not receive any mail from WordPress telling
   you let a message.
 * Your screenshot is not wiewable.
 * Well, the ZIP/UNZIP tools need zip/tar/gzip/.. packages to work.
    So on Linux,
   you’ll need to install following packages: zip – tar – bzip2 – 7za – gzip.
 * It mights be this problem, since it’s working for thousand else..;)
