# Zip/postcode failing verification

 * We’ve had two failed orders today, both since updating woocommerce and woocommerce
   payments. The two orders were attempted through Apple Pay – the messages displayed
   are…
 * “A payment of £25.00 failed. We couldn’t verify the postal code in the billing
   address. If the issue persists, suggest the customer to reach out to the card
   issuing bank.”
 * and
 * A payment of £25.00 failed to complete with the following message: The zip code
   you supplied failed validation.
 * The postcodes supplied by the customers are valid and formatted correctly. The
   customers have seemingly still been charged (showing on their bank statements)
   despite the order failing both from what we can see and what was shown to them.
