ZooEffect

Is anyone using the ZooEffect plugin for media? If so are you having trouble with it? It doesn’t load on the page and if it does the pictures are shifted up in the frame so half of the frame is blank and the picture is cut in half. I have submitted a support request to Zoo but they don’t answer them.
