Sometimes an image will zoom just fine, but if I make a change to a Guggenberg setting (unrelated to zoooom CSS) the image will not zoom. Sometimes if I just refresh a page this will happen.

Would you be more specific about which type of Gutenberg setting is changed? Is it any setting within the image block on which the zoom is applied, or is it any setting on another block on the page, or is it a page setting?

After making the settings change, is the “zoooom” CSS class still present on the image block? Or, is the “Styles: with Zoom” setting still enabled for the image block?

The two images on the linked website are image blocks from the Spectra plugin. Does it happen the same with the default image block from Gutenberg? You can differentiate the two image blocks by the block’s icon color: the default image block is black, while the Spectra image block is blue.
