I just got off the phone with ABN Amro e-commerce helpdesk and they informed me the settings are fine and we checked the latest payment which in the shop gave the status “Unknown” but was succesfully paid.
They said the delivery of the status of the payment to our doorstep was done just fine. So I’m guessing for some reason we’re not picking it up on our end? Any ideas?

Yup SHA-OUT is the same.
Na we’re using Internetkassa (same interface as Ogone though) by ABN Amro.
Yes, it’s on always online and with the domain in the fields “With payment status”.

We’re using iDEAL Only Kassa by ABN AMRO.
