I have a similar problem. I added my translation files .po and .mo to the languages folder of the plugin. Some of the strings are translated but some of them are not! Actually, the strings used in .js files are not translated but the strings in .php files are translated.
I’m not sure if this notice is related to the problem:
Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the give domain was triggered too early.
