In reply to: [Caldera Forms Anti Spam] Broken in WP 5.6Had same issue in WP5.6 with Caldera Forms 1.9.3 and 0.4, not working only in Firefox. Tried the jQuery Manager plugin to revert to 2.2.4 and 1.12.4, cleared caches, and still did not work for me.
I had to deactivate the plugin and enable built-in Honeypot, which def won’t work as well.
Does anyone know of any other Google Recaptcha plugin that works well?

In reply to: [Featured Images in RSS for Mailchimp & More] Space under image ?Hi there,
The .mcRssImage class with that custom CSS should work… if you’ve added that custom CSS to your template at the top as shown, then I’d need to see the test email HTML to see what’s going on.
If you hit the Mailchimp test limit, you may need to duplicate the campaign to send more tests… or create a test audience or segment, and do a send to the test segment only.
Reach out if we can help further, perhaps reply with the HTML code you’re seeing in the test email with the custom CSS and the image, link to a screenshot in Dropbox etc.

In reply to: [Featured Images in RSS for Mailchimp & More] Can I get images to add toYes, you will need the Premium upgrade to use the media tag option.
The free version prepends the image to the RSS <description>, so it’s a part of the RSSITEM:CONTENT or CONTENT_FULL merge tag. Premium provides the Media Tag option, which adds the media field to the RSS feed.
Because these types of advanced options generate a lot of support and customization requests, we offer them with the premium license to be able to provide support, CSS coding, and implementation help as needed. After upgrading please contact us using Premium Support (click contact us for “technical support” from the plugin settings page) for further questions or help about Premium. It looks like your theme or page builder is suddenly adding images to your feed as well. Our plugin only adds the featured image to the beginning of the RSS “description” area, and your feed is showing it being added to the content:encoded area as well, which our free plugin wouldn’t do.
Please double-check that your theme or other plugins are checked, temporarily switch themes (we recommend using a staging site cloned from your live site to do this if possible) and see if the issue goes away, check your theme options, or deactivate other plugins one at a time, and see if that resolves it.
Once you find the other plugin causing it, you can see how to be configure it so that it doesn’t duplicate the description content as media:encoded content, and the double-images should go away.
The premium version does offer the option to use media tag images only, and would remove the description image, so this would help but not really solve the root cause. We offer a 14 free trial if you want to use that as a temporary or preferred solution.
Please reach out if you have continued trouble.

In reply to: [Featured Images in RSS for Mailchimp & More] Featured Image not showingOur plugin adds your blog’s featured images to the blog’s feed. The free version adds it to the beginning of the body text.
If you aren’t seeing the images, check the raw feed first, and ensure you see image HTML < IMG SRC=“http…” … > before the body text.
Also check the image URL to ensure it’s valid and working, not returning any errors.
If you don’t see image HTML, clear your page cache, server cache, and CDN cache, etc. Reach out to us if you have continued trouble.
Yes you will need the Premium upgrade to use the media tag option. Once you are using the Premium version please send any new support questions through our Premium Support Center.

In reply to: [Advanced Automatic Updates] Disable Emails no longer working in WP5.5Good points, I just have this plugin installed on a ton of sites, so hoping it would just be updated as well so it continues to work like it did before, for my ease of use.
Thanks so much for your great review! Glad our plugin helped get your images displayed properly.

In reply to: [Featured Images in RSS for Mailchimp & More] PHP 7.4 compatibility ?Our plugin should be compatible with PHP 7.4, and we’ve tested it on our own sites running PHP 7.3 and 7.4 without issues.
Generally speaking… I would recommend running a PHP compatibility test on your site first before switching PHP versions:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/php-compatibility-checker/or switch versions on a staging site first, to ensure other plugins don’t break your site.
If you run into any issues, you can switch PHP back to the previous version easily, and dig into the errors that you see when running the new version of PHP. Any error should include a path to the specific file/plugin and the error details, which will give you information on who to contact and what needs to be fixed.

In reply to: [Featured Images in RSS for Mailchimp & More] Updating the pluginHi @auntypizza no there is an issue with v1.5.3 having an issue updating while activated.
Please deactivate it and update, or delete it and re-install it fresh, and it will be fixed.
Please see our other support thread for more info:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/license-is-not-required-for-updating-1-5-3-to-1-5-4-0-read-this/Sorry for the trouble, it works great once a later version is installed.

In reply to: [Marijuana Age Verify] Accept CookiesHi @cannacook we made this plugin to target a specific use, but we’ll evaluate whether adding cookie acceptance to it makes sense for it to be included in a future version.
We appreciate your feedback!
Thank you @lshorephx for following up with us, and letting us know the issue was not on our end, and you were able to get it resolved.
Hi @tylertork, we’d had this request before, and we’ve tried placing the settings for our plugin under Settings, but some people’s Settings bar is so long, it isn’t shown on their screen, or they are not able to find our plugin options page because they are not used to looking under Settings, so we have to balance it out for the many other users that affect our support load. Also, we have multiple pages under our menu item, which doesn’t work well under the Settings menu.
With the new version of our platform SDK, there is an option to show one menu item with tabs on it, so we may explore switching to that, and see if people like it better, and if it allows us to simplify our options to one page with tabs, and place it under Settings.
I believe there are plugins that allow you to customize and control the admin menu, perhaps try that and see if it helps minimize the number of menu items you see, try looking at this one:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/admin-menu-editor/Thanks for sending us your request, and we’ll take another look at our settings options and how it would affect the majority of our users.
