Thanks for this quickfix. I was finding it really annoying with firebug notifying me of this javascript error constantly while developing a site.

THIS IS A WORKING FIX
I am not the author of this fix either. I just found it after trawling through loads of supposed solutions but this is the only one that worked for me.
