This is happening from the start as soon as I installed the Woocommerce plugin.

Here is WooCommerce > Settings > Emails screenshots, I can’t see any option for sender email like displayed in your mentioned screenshot.

As you can see there is no option for “From” name and “From” address fields under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails.

It’s really nice to see that you’re trying to help me solve this issue, which I’ve been stuck on for more than a week.
I deactivated all the plugins and switched the theme, but I still don’t see any option for the sender email, like the one shown in your screenshot.

What I see instead is just a test button and an email template. I tried sending a test email, and I received it successfully. The email was sent from the same address as my WordPress administration email.
