   Thank you for researching this. I submitted a request to Apple tech support, 
   since all the links above preview perfectly on other websites like Facebook and
   LinkedIn.
 * My hosting provider **guessed** the solution is upgrading my hosting CDN from
   CDN1 to CDN2.

 * I updated the plugin to version 3.1.4.
    Can you please test this plugin using
   Google Chrome Incognito? After clearing the cache on my web hosting provider 
   several times, the plugin is still not working with using Google Chrome Incognito.
   It still shows all categories, instead of just the categories in the Parent Category.
