I totally understand your point, but please let me clarify that Premium Addons itself has no code that can cause the issue you are referring to. We are using a different library to handle our carousel widgets.
Please try to navigate to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> Widgets & Addons tab, and disable Dynamic Assets Generate feature switcher.
If this didn’t resolve the issue, then we would suggest contacting Elementor support team once you have the issue so they can check and let us know what exactly is going there.

Just to make sure it’s not a caching issue, can you please navigate to your WP dashboard -> Elementor -> Editor -> Tools and click Regenerate Clear Files & Data button and let me know if it helps?

Actually, Premium Parallax addon is a part of Premium Addons Pro which is the paid version of Premium Addons for Elementor. We are not allowed to provide assistance for the pro version here.
