Not really resolved, I tried activating it on multisite and gave me error “header missing” I then deleted the plugin from server and tried reinstalling from wordpress and got error “cannot install” So I tried uploading the plugin via ftp and installing it, here is the error message I get.

Plugin install failed.
With the release of 4.02 I thought they had fixed the issue so I reinstalled the plugin. I have a multisite Installation and when I try to network activate I get the error described above. My main site http://beautifulcity.us
I am having the same issue.
