    Hi Terence,

It may not seem like it, but I do appreciate your feedback a lot! 🙂

1- I am aware of that. Thanks for reminding me! It’s fixed now. 🙂

2- OK I see, you have a pretty specific case. Currently the sandbox is used to explore the functionality of a plugin without risking to run it on a production environment. I can see that you have a testing environment, but many people don’t. The idea is to allow a quick solution for those cases.

Thanks to you for your patience!

    ciao

    Hi Terence,

as I explained I expected notifications to be automatically turned on for plugin authors, hence I did not expect to have to check on a daily basis to find out about new threads. I made a mistake. I can’t go back in time, but I can try and help now.

I haven’t updated the Readme.txt file yet for 4.5.2 release yet (I will correct that tonight), but I can reassure that it’s working.

Btw, you can easily test that via our free WordPress sandbox service.

You will get a fully featured WP installation with the plugin pre-installed. It works for all plugins and themes from the repository. You can try that via https://addendio.com. You can even chose the WordPress version you want to test the plugin with.

again apologies for all this, hope I can make it up to you

    ciao

    Hi guys,

I am really sorry, I am finding out the hard way that the .org repository doesn’t have notifications on new support threads for plugin developers!

We do care a lot about Addendio, so please don’t jump to conclusions on a simple mistake due to lack of experience with the .org system 🙂

I am sincerely sorry about this. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance. As Terence pointed out, we have an issue on the multi-site (we did not test on the multi-site version for this first release)

again apologies for this, and let me know if I can help

    ciao

    Hi Terence,

as in my previous thread, my apologies for not replying, but I wasn’t aware of that the repository did not have push notifications about new support threads.

I haven’t tested on multi-site in all fairness, so yes there might be an issue on that. I will check now that you mentioned.

thanks for taking the time to post this thread and again apologies for this late reply.

    kind regards

apologies for the late reply, I did not notice any notification about a new support thread…

To answer your question, there are no plans to build such a plugin.
