Yes, I am still facing the issue. I clone the website so that I can disable plugin and test it to get to the root cause. However, even without disabling any plugin it works perfectly on the cloned version. But on my main website I facing the issue and I am not sure how to fix it.

I have clone the site using the staging plugin you suggested; however, when I try to open it gives me an error.
“Error establishing a database connection“

So I deleted it and then tired to clone directly from cPanel and it worked.

I was already using Storefront theme, version 4.1.3,. I just updated it to the newest version. I will be disabling plugins and testing it and will be reporting back.

Thank you for getting back to me. I have checked the endpoint are same as shown in your screenshot. I have never changed the endpoint for order received.

I have also tired saving the Permalinks sttings without making changes and it still give me same issue.
