Okay, thanks so far. but looks like your plugin isn’t using WordPress thumbnails, at least the image url is not the one to the thumbnail.

Btw there is a good plugin to regenerate thumbnails: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
