 * Hello [@jajajaramillo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jajajaramillo/) ,
 * Thank you for the detailed information and the steps to reproduce this issue.
 * It appears that this plugin or this particular block from the “Gutentor Plugin”
   is not compatible with the WooCommerce shop page.
 * We also checked this issue with the default WordPress themes like “Twenty Twenty-
   One”, “Twenty Twenty”, “Twenty Nineteen”, and got the same output.
 * Thus, we suggest you raise a support ticket on either WooCommerce or Gutentor
   plugin’s support forum.

 * Hello [@jajajaramillo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jajajaramillo/) ,
 * We could not replicate the issue you mentioned with the “Responsive” theme and“
   Gutentor” plugin installed on our local sites.
    We found the image slider feature
   to be working with no visible errors.
 * Could you please let us know the steps for replicating this issue? Are there
   any errors visible in the console of your browser?
 * Also, could you please share the details about the following –
    1. WordPress
   version installed on your site. 2. PHP version installed. 3. Responsive theme
   version. 4. Gutentor plugin version.

 * Hello [@tammyg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tammyg/) ,
 * Using “Classic Widgets” plugins is not necessary since WordPress 5.8 supports
   older widgets (Legacy Widgets).
 * Editing these widgets is possible from the WordPress “Widgets” area or the theme’s
   customizer.
 * You can also replace this widget with the “Search” block and then restore its
   look as per your original design with few tweaks.

    If not the latest i.e. v1.3.4, could you please update the
   plugin to the latest version and check if this issue resolves?
 * Also, if possible, could you please share the exact link with us on which this

 * Hello [@rcartist](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rcartist/) ,
 * There could be a number of reasons for this issue.
 * The other methods apart from the three you have already tried to resolve this
   issue are –
 * 1. Try increasing the memory limit to PHP. Open your **wp-config.php** file via
   FTP and add the following code right above the last line says “That’s all, stop
   editing! Happy publishing.” – define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
 * 2. Another cause could be that you reached the DB limit. Refer to the last two
   replies on the following link – [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/changeset_post_save_failure-error/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/changeset_post_save_failure-error/)
 * 3. Another cause could be that the DB of your WordPress instance has a broken
   structure. Clean installation of WordPress and the database might fix this issue.
   Before this make sure to take a backup of your site (posts/pages) and customizer
   settings through [Customizer Export/Import](https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/)
   plugin.

 * Hello [@flynnjacobs](https://wordpress.org/support/users/flynnjacobs/) ,
 * Yes, there is an option in the theme’s customizer to enable a custom URL button,
   that will be displayed as the last item in the menu.
 * You can enable this button with the following steps –
 * 1. Go to WordPress admin dashboard -> **Appearance** -> **Customize**.
 * 2. Then select **Header** -> **Main Menu**.
 * 3. Under **Last Item in Menu** option, select “Button” from the dropdown.
    (Important
   Note – The **Last Item in Menu** setting will work only if you have a primary
   menu set)
 * 4. After selecting “Button” from the list, you can change the text displayed
   inside the button under **Button Text** option, and URL of the button under **
   Button Link(URL)** option.

 * Hello [@busler](https://wordpress.org/support/users/busler/) ,
 * Thank you for the screenshot and the information.
 * It is possible that the “Black Studio TinyMCE” plugin you have used on the home
   widgets could be interfering with the latest theme and WordPress version.
 * Can you please try disabling this plugin and then check if this resolves the
   customizer issue?

 * Hello [@busler](https://wordpress.org/support/users/busler/) ,
 * 1. Regarding the “blank screen” issue you mentioned, are there any console errors
   visible in the browser after visiting the customizer page?
 * Can you please let us know the current WordPress version, PHP version, Responsive
   Pro version (if available) installed on your WordPress instance?
 * 2. Regarding the “caused menus to be 2 rows instead of one” issue you mentioned,
   the last element in the menu shifted to the next row as there is not enough space
   for it on the first row with the current layout width.
 * You can change the overall layout width with the following steps –
    a) Go to
   WordPress admin dashboard -> **Appearance** -> **Customize**. b) Then go to **
   Global Settings** -> **Layout**. c) Now, adjust the **Container Width** slider
   to change the overall maximum width of the layout such that all the menu items
   are present on the same row.

 * Hello [@franck-awo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/franck-awo/) ,
 * The category displayed in the individual product of the shop page is based on
   alphabetical order. Hence the “Collection Jeanine” is visible on the product
   instead of “Mobilier”.
 * But in the breadcrumbs, the first category that was assigned to the product is
   displayed. Hence the products appear to be under “Mobilier”. These are default
   functionalities of WordPress and Woocommerce.
 * Regarding the requirements that you mentioned in the points, at the moment these
   functionalities are not available in our theme.
 * I have passed these requirements to our tech team for further analysis, and thank
   you for such detailed information.

 * Hi [@twowithink](https://wordpress.org/support/users/twowithink/) ,
 * Both of these versions are structurally different.
 * We recommend taking a backup of your website before the upgrade. Also, take a
   backup of your customizer settings using the Customizer Export/Import plugin.
 * Let us know if you have further queries.

 * Hello [@lxmiller](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lxmiller/) ,
 * Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
 * It appears that the **-moz-available** value applied to the home widget wrapper’s
   width property for the firefox browser is not working as expected.
 * I will forward this to our development team for future releases of the Responsive
   theme.
 * Meanwhile, you can add the custom CSS to fix this issue by following these steps–

   1) Go to WordPress admin dashboard -> **Appearance** -> **Customize**.
 * 2) Select the **Additional CSS** tab.
 * 3) Enter the following custom CSS in the input field –
 *     ```
       .page.front-page aside.home-widgets .home-widget-wrapper {
            max-width: -moz-available;
       }
       ```
