Yes, I’m aware that forcing HTTPS can cause problems, but I didn’t add that line into my file. It was likely generated when I installed WP through GoDaddy.
The site now loads for me and that force code is still in there, so that wasn’t my particular issue. I believe it was an extra .htacess file in the wp-content folder that I deleted that cleared the way. Honestly, though, I did so many things to fix the situation that I can’t attribute it to one thing :/
