Yes, date signed is a date picker. When you click, it brings up a little calendar.

Thank you Edgar. I redid all the gmail settings in WP Mail SMTP and we are now getting the emails.
I now have another issue, which I will state in a new thread.
I did the log setting as it says in the troubleshooting section. It doesn’t show anything not working.

Here’s what the email the recipient gets look like. I zoomed out as much as I could to get it in one screen.
The images are in the media folder in WordPress. Maybe I’m doing it incorrectly?
