Or, if this PHP version is no longer supported, could you please consider adding a notice to the plugins WordPress page and preventing the update button from being available in those cases?
That way users can avoid updating and running into an unexpected fatal error.
It would also be helpful to include the minimum PHP version required in the plugin metadata, so the users can know before attempting an update whether their server meets the requirements.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I’m aware of the issues that come with using such an old PHP version — I’m a developer as well. I just wanted to know whether the plugin still supported this version and if you could apply some kind of workaround, since unfortunately updating PHP isn’t something that’s in my hands and I’m not able to do it in this case,
Regards.

It worked. Thank you very much
Yes, the entire website (not only the plugin) is crashing when I update the plugin
Oh, I understand,
thank you!
Hi @rankmathsupport, @rankmathteam ,
I’m experiencing the same issue. My WordPress and all plugins are updated to the latest versions as of the date of this comment.
I have the Free version of the Rank Math plugin (version 1.0.217) and I can’t see the “hits” column in “Advance” Mode (it displays correctly in “Simple” mode).
Please, see the screenshot: https://ibb.co/wsjvQsq
I’ve also attempted to deactivate all plugins, but the problem persists.
@jess69 have you identified the cause or found a solution for this issue?
Ok, thank you very much for your quick response!
Thanks for the quick response.
It appears that it worked with version 1.16. I’m not using WooCommerce on this site.
The link below is a screenshot displaying the list of all installed plugins. I would appreciate it if you could identify and tell me any that might be incompatible.
Thank you very much!
Now it works!
Thank you very much!!
Ok. I appreciate it 🙂
Thanks!!
