Have to set set Account type to NAS.
But your code throws a lot of notices like undefined index or trying to access array offset on value of type bool. During debugging, checkout does not work because of this. I think you need to add more checks to your code.

I am using composer as package manager for my project. I cannot install or update plugins from dashboard, since the project is updated from git repo. This is how I install the plugins from WordPress Packagist or other repositories. I would like to be able to install woocommerce add-ons in this way.
