The error message was always pending, and PAYMENTS LOGS stayed at Waiting to receive Instant Payment Notification (IPN) from PayPal.
I have checked the PayPal API Credentials. IPN is set up in my PayPal account, Encrypted website payments, Paid Member Subscriptions Settings IPN
