 * This version 8.5.0 was causing many troubles for various plugins and it got removed–
   obviously.
 * Automattic does not communicate much about it.
 * Waiting for the next 8.5.1 to fix the bugs.

 * Same issue. I have deactivated the plugin temporarily from my clients’ websites.
   I hope updates will be released asap, for this plugin and/or for WooCommerce.

 * I am having the same issue with check box fields I added with ACF. The drop-down
   filter looks ugly with serialized data instead of labels. Unusable.
 * I definitely have to look for another plugin if you’re not planning to work on
   this point.

 * Thanks Adam.
 * I’ve been using another plugin for a long time but I am definitely going to perform
   tests with the mentioned plugins.

 * Thanks Adam for your quick reply.
 * I am glad to read the Dashboard Sharing Feature is on it way! This is something
   many users have bee, looking for for a pretty long time.
 * As for the GDPR issue, you can not just state that a “mini API for cookie consent
   is available” and send users to GitHub for more information. Are you serious?

 * Hi Andrea,
 * I am awfully sorry. I did not get any warning for your reply. As rolling back
   to the previous version of the plugin did the trick, I forgot to keep an eye
   on the thread.
 * So yes, that worked for me. I just updated the plugin with the version 5.4.2
   and I set every file of the search form to “match single”. And It’s all good.
 * So I think we can close this topic.
 * Thank you so much for your very quick and efficient help.

 * Hi Andrea,
 * Sorry, you are right, I did not understand your question properly!
 * The 1st field (interest) is Checkboxes
    The 2nd field (category) is Checkboxes
   The 3rd field (country) is Checkboxes The 4th field (county) is Multi Select
   List
 * Best regards
 * Edit: for your information, I successfully reverted to 5.3.4 from a backup. No
   more issue.

 * Hi Andrea,
    Sorry for the late reply. There are 4 dropdown fields. I see there
   Buddypress got updated last night to 7.3.0. The issue is still occuring. I will
   manage to revert to a previous version of your plugin today. Keep me posted if
   you need anything to help figuring out the reason of the issue.

 * Same problem for my clients websites. I had to revert to the previous version.

   Expecting a patch as soon as possible.

 * Same problem. The PHPMailer.php file is not at the place the plugin is looking
   for it, which causes a fatal error and makes the website crash completely.
    I
   reverted to the version 5.2.1 from a backup. That fixed the problem by the time
   the editor publishes a new debugged release.

 * Same issue with one of my client’s website. It is running under WP 5.3.2 and
   Divi 4.3.4. The message disappeared when I removed the BackWPup tools menu from
   the admin top bar.
 * The issue was caused by a warning text that was added to the head section of
   the html.

 * Hi Andrea,
    Sorry for the late reply. I went back to this issue this week. I
   now have plenty of time as we are confined because of this @*!# coronavirus!
   I eventually created a new template in my child-theme, using the new bps-form-
   default as a start. Then I adapted the PHP code of the section 3 according to
   my needs. It is working fine. It is not that hard… once you get to figure out
   how the template works 😉 Thank you for this great plugin.
