I am going to answer myself since I fixed this, you have to go to the real time report to see the log of requests that got blocked, there you will find the path of the plugin, then go to allow url paths under security menu and add the url path of the plugin.
Thanks for trying 🙂 seems to work even for outside ips. had nothing to do with post command blocking, jsut the url path of the chat plugin
Im not sure this works yet, How do I enable access to REST API on Sucuri godaddy firewall? what sections is that at usually?

ok, let me make sure its this setting, please give a try again , i remove japan from post blocking (Geo Blocking any post commands were blocked).

Interesting, that might be the reason. I have a firewall set to not allow post commands, hold on i just removed japan from not being able to also view but kept it on blocking post commands. see if this works for you now, if not ill also enable post commands and check again
