Yes that is all done a long time ago. Again, it seemed to be working fine a few months ago, but recently spammers seem to have found a way through the form fill..

Just an update. We updated the plugin on our website: http://altitudelifestyle.com/ at around 2pm this afternoon UK time. And now at 6.15pm UK time we are still receiving blank spam emails from random email addresses. This never used to happen before and has only started happening in the past 3-4 weeks.
Can something be done to stop this? Literally we receive 20 a day!
Ok, will try this and get back to you, but i think the developer has already done this. Let me check and see what he says.
