 * I carried out the steps according to the example – it does not work. The event
   listening script does not track the form submission event. Tested on 6 forms 
   submitted sequentially. Popup forms. All 6 forms are successfully displayed in
   the “Submissions” section. Action status “Succeed”.

 * Hi. Same problem. Just install free plugin version to test.
 * The problem is that the Ajax request returns with an error like:
