i think advanced shipping ecommerce plugin is what i need but it isnt free.
hopefully i find something similar and free.
i am currently using the latest woocommerce 2.2.

this is what i have inserted in shipping rates of weight/country plugin but i want to make this per item also if additional item of upto 5kgs was to be added then additional £9.99 need to added to.
