@macmanx thanks for your replay. The problem is that I no longer received any response from support. A day has passed and the problem persists.

Ho @macmanx, thanks for your answer! I contacted customer support, but I tried the methods they told me and it didn’t solve the problem.

    Their email:

Hi, thanks for reaching out to Woo Support!

It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue where products are not appearing in their respective categories on your WooCommerce site. Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this:

    1. Check Product Visibility: Ensure that the products are set to “Visible” in the catalog. You can do this by editing each product and checking the “Catalog visibility” option in the “Publish” section.
    2. Category Assignment: Verify that the products are correctly assigned to the categories. Go to the product edit page and check the “Product categories” section to ensure the correct categories are selected.
    3. Permalink Settings: Sometimes, permalink settings can cause issues. Go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click “Save Changes” without making any changes. This will refresh your permalink settings.
    4. Theme and Plugin Conflicts: There might be a conflict with your theme or another plugin. You can test for conflicts by temporarily switching to a default theme like Storefront and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
    5. Caching Issues: If you have a caching plugin or server-side caching, clear the cache to ensure that the latest changes are reflected on your site.

Do you have any advice to give me? I really don’t know what to do. Thanks
