they were not login credentials – just privacy mode on the dev site.
This site has since been launched and I switched from forminator to caldera to avoid the issue I was having.
I think it was due to having 2 forminator forms active on one page. The combo I was trying: WP + Divi + Acuity + Modern Events Calendar Pro + Forminator.
I’m marking this resolved, thanks.
More on this – I discovered both are loading JQuery that conflict. However the work around could be embed the form with iframe rather than shortcode. Can you point me in the direction of the iframe for my forms?
