I experienced the same issue. Have deactivated the plugin and will await a resolution. I have also reached out to the support team via the official portal.

Bluehost support raised an IT ticket and found two plugins causing the access issue: 1) BEAF – Ultimate Before After Image Slider & Gallery and 2) All-In-One Security (AIOS). I’ve deactivated both plugins from the Hosting panel and can now access my website.

I was able to log in yesterday and it only became an issue today. I didn’t make any changes to plugins. Bluehost support said if the plugins weren’t causing the issue then it was most likely a theme issue and to post on this forum. Sadly, I haven’t been given any other possible reasons why this could be occurring and how to resolve it.
