Thank you for the response, Roland, you are correct.

I have the Single Record Link Field set to First Name, and the Single Record Page set to “Member Detail Information (requires password). I was told there is one password for all users, is this correct? Where do I enter that password? A prior admin told me what the password is, but if I enter it, all we get back is the message “No record found”. If I use a different password, it just takes me back to enter the password.

Sorry, I’m not sure where you are referring to with this comment –  make sure you have the [pdb_record] shortcode on that page.

The Member Detail Information page has this on it:
[pdb_single]

I need to have all my 650+ users update their records, and was hoping to use this as the method rather than uploading a new csv file, although if I have to I will.
