Good morning, thanks for coming back to me.

I narrowed it down to being caused by this plugin by deactivating recent plugins on the site one by one. I also inspected the source code of the admin users page to narrow it down to being caused by those particular inline styles.

I’ve just tested on a staging site and it isn’t being caused by the theme – I activated TwentyTwentyOne and the user navigation is still missing (dev site doesn’t have the code in admin.css).

Different topic – and not sure if the theme is to blame again – but the refund button on the order page prints the buttons text with <span class=”currency”>£</span>.

It’s not causing any issues but just an FYI

Justin, I’m so sorry – although I’d created a custom field for the insta feed shortcode, it was also hard-coded into the template file – hence I wasn’t updating the feed with the new ID. Apologies for wasting your time and thank you for the brilliant support. Andrea
