The break of site might be reason of the theme. Please contact the theme support team to get the solve for this issue. As for now our product is working with other themes very well and we are having very few issues with theme compatibility i hope you can contact the themes support.

This is not a usual case. Our plugin works fine in wordpress. I would like to know what theme are you using? The breaking of the site might be because of the theme. Please be sure that you are using a compatible one.

Yes there is a way to create two menu at the same time. The way you want it might need some changes in the header section but to do it. You will have to create a secondary menu and enable to show it on display in the mega menu. As there are no limits to the number of rows you can use this error is not due to any row error. It would be better if you could give me an url link to your site so that i can check and see what actually might cause the issue. The page builder does not have any limitation on row usage.

I would request you to share some screenshot of the issue that you are facing when you are trying to use embedded code. Are you trying to upload any video? If yes then you can use streamable.com or also you can upload your own mp4 file or youtube link for the content.

As you are having the issue with a background image for your site. You should be able to change it using your theme. As the theme is mainly used to design the home page and the basic site. Wp page builder can change a page which is made using it. If you set the homepage made with wp page builder as default then you can surely change the background image using it. And you can put a background image too. I would also like to know of which theme is it that you are using right now? In case of any support we request our client to email us at [email protected] . As it seems this might be a theme compatible issue. I think the theme is somehow not compatible with the plugin. However to confirm that we will have to test the theme with the plugin. In general the wp mega menu plugin works with almost every theme. I would request you if you could ask the support channel of the theme about this.
As you are facing a dropdown issue. I would like you to send a email at [email protected] with a screenshot of the dropdown menu or a screen recorded video which will help us see the issue and make a solution for it. I hope you will email us soon.
