According to Motopress’s blog, ww.wp.xz.cn has permanently removed all their plugins. The cause (again, according to Motopress’s blog) is that they were accused of creating false reviews, and in the middle of the investigation, ww.wp.xz.cn changed the suspension from temporary to permanent.
Of course, we don’t know what’s going on because ww.wp.xz.cn is being silent on it. Digging in, I’m seeing accusations (like on that Patchstack article) of misconduct by WordPress moderators. Anyone know more about that?
Alas, I love Getwid and have used it on no fewer than 45 sites (their Section block is the best I’ve found)… I’m not looking forward to reworking all the sites to replace it.
