I have uploaded the beta plugin you have provided above, and the issue does now seem to be resolved, the standard WordPress password reset emails are now sending, and they are no longer blank.

Hello – no I have never used the LearnPress reset password feature or email. It has always been WordPress default. I currently have LearnPress disabled as when activated my users are unable to reset passwords.
I have attempted to activate the previously mentioned feature temporarily to test if passwords can be reset but alas the emails remain blank. Thank you
