In reply to: [WooCommerce] Qatar – Shipping ZoneHi @faroukalkheame. We don’t have any shipping plugins for shipping rates in Qatar in our store, but it’s possible that there’s a third party plugin that makes this possible. I wasn’t able to find one doing a quick Google search for it, though, and it doesn’t see a way to add specific regions for Qatar using out-of-the-box functionality.
Hi @benjamink1984! Can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.” That will give us a better idea of what might be going on here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cart shows products of other usersHi Philipp! Thanks for the update, and I’m glad you were able to solve the issue! This sort of problem is almost always due to a caching issue of some sort, so your findings and solution make sense. I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. Feel free to create a new thread if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shop Page / Show SubCategoryHi @leondrs! I don’t know of a plugin that will do exactly what you describe, where there’s essentially a search function for categories that brings up sub-categories. The WooCommerce Product Search plugin has a product category widget, which you can read about here. That is the closest thing I can think of. Would that work?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce is causing a critical error on my websiteHi @csandreas1! Thanks for including the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken thus far. Are you able to access your WooCommerce system status page? This is WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard. If so, can you click “Get system report,” then “Copy for support,” and then paste it in here? This will hopefully shed some light on what is going on.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce checkout page error messageHi @austinchui. This looks like a code conflict. It was good thinking to try switching to a different theme. Could you try disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce as well? If any of your plugins are out of date, updating them would be a good thing to try as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to add new attributes in webshopHi @mvw1985. Are item and size global attributes? If so, you can use a product-specific attribute for the kids dungarees, or a different global attribute. Would that work?
