What data was sent over, and how? I think the most likely explanation is that the new data somehow changed either the names of media files or the URLs of those files in the orders.
Can you also post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”

I know some sites have used iframes to display WooCommerce on non-WooCommerce sites. This will require a bit of tweaking and customizing, as WooCommerce is not designed to be used in this way, but it can work.
You could also set up something with the WooCommerce REST API that automatically sends information about new products to your other sites. This, again, would require some customization, but this is another way that WooCommerce can talk to external sites.
Per our support policy, customizations are outside the scope of the support we can offer, but we have a customizations page with resources for contacting a developer for help. You can also ask about this on the WooCommerce Slack Community or WooCommerce FB group which are great places for customization questions like this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] multiple taxes report wrongHi @anamarinas, thanks for clarifying. One thing you could try is removing all the data that Analytics uses and re-importing it. To do that, go to Analytics > Settings, find the “Import Historical Data” section, and click “Delete Previously Imported Data.” This will erase all the information about previous orders (from Analytics, not from your site). Then, import historical data again, and it will get that information fresh.

That’s OK. It sounds like this part would have to be custom-built. I don’t know of any plugins that would give you the flexibility needed to design something like this out of the box.

What does creating a product in the configurator actually look like? Are they choosing options? Uploading files? Editing an image directly in the browser? Etc.

There is the total tax, order tax, and shipping tax all calculated separately. Is this the report that’s not working, or are you talking about what is shown once you click on one of these tax rates to show the orders for them?
