In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Notes Email Not SendingHi @samuelelizondo. Can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”
I’d also recommend installing a mail logging plugin, such as WP Mail Logging (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-logging/), which will allow you to see if your site thinks it’s sending the emails or not. Once we know if the emails are getting logged or not, that will help us give you more specific advice.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] anyone confirmed me 4.4.1 version full ok or notHi @tnews612. While most people have updated to WooCommerce 4.4.1 without problems, a few people have run into issues. I’d recommend creating a staging site and testing the upgrade there before upgrading on your live site. For more information on how to create a staging site, see this article: https://robotninja.com/blog/staging-environment-woocommerce/

Do you see any JavaScript errors on your product search page? You can see how to check for JavaScript errors using your browser of choice here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] problems with product variantsHi @onirock. This issue should be solved by the jQuery Migrate helper plugin, which I see you have installed. Can you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and seeing if that fixes the issue?
If not, I’d recommend conflict testing. You can use the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to make this easier. The “troubleshooting mode” of this plugin will allow you to simulate how your site would look and behave with plugins disabled and a default theme without actually changing the site.
These are the steps you should take:
1. Back up your site. Many hosting providers offer a way to do this, and there are plugins such as WP Database Backup that offer this functionality if backing up your database through your host is not an option.
2. Update all your plugins and your theme to their latest versions and see if the problem fixes itself.
3. Turn on Troubleshooting Mode in the Health Check plugin by going to Tools > Site Health > Troubleshooting and clicking “Enable Troubleshooting Mode.” Then, while in Troubleshooting Mode:
4. Make sure your theme is set to Twenty Twenty.
5. Make sure all plugins are deactivated, and then activate WooCommerce.
6. Repeat the action that is causing the problem. If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which one is causing the problem, reactivate them one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issues with latest updateHi @wweaver. While I’m not familiar with this particular issue, we’ve seen a few different issues with people upgrading to WordPress 5.5 and WooCommerce 4.4. A lot of these issues are due to WordPress no longer including a migration tool called jquery-migrate. You can find that plugin here. Can you give that plugin a try and see if it fixes your issue?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to create mass orders easilyHi @alfandango. You’re right that bulk importing orders would require a plugin, but it is possible. I’d recommend our Customer/Order/Coupon CSV Import Suite plugin for this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product headersHi @kenteush29. I’m not sure exactly how Divi interacts with our page templates, so this might be slightly different with them, but, in general, the answer to this question is that you’d need to modify the associated template files to output H3s instead of H2s. You can read more about our template structure and modifying templates here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issues with uploading CSV.Hi @hattrick90. I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread resolved. The documentation hasn’t been changed yet, but the request has been passed on to our docs team, so I don’t think there’s anything more that can be done about it at the moment. Feel free to open a new thread if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WP 5.5 Update conflict@marketingclarity Great! I’m glad that solved your issue. Yes, the alert about plugins not being tested with the latest version of WooCommerce is usually not something to worry about if you’re updating your plugins regularly. Problems rarely happen for small jumps in plugin versions. They typically happen for larger jumps, like if you don’t update your plugins for a year or two and then try to update things. If you’re worried about it, though, I’d recommend creating a staging site to test updates so that you can be sure everything still works. You can read more about options for doing that here.
@ardoyne12 Thanks for the additional details. Now that you’ve rolled back, I’d recommend updating all your plugins to their latest versions–particularly the core WooCommerce plugin–and then trying to update to WP 5.5 again. My recommendation to Jennifer about using a staging site applies here as well. This will let you test this process without fear of breaking your site.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Default Short DescriptionI`ve already tried that. It doesn´t work the way I’m looking for… The only way I use is the copy/paste the text file…
OK. It did seem like there were multiple answers out there for how to do this with code. What about this answer, for example?
