Ive done more tests and found something
In version 4.0+ when vendors click on “Withdraw” from their vendor menu, it redirects them to this new URL:
domain.com/dashboard/new/#withdraw
When they withdraw through this URL, the “Dokan New Withdrawal Request” notification email does not workhowever in version 3.4.11, the “Withdraw” menu redirects to this URL instead
domain.com/dashboard/withdraw-requests/I tested using the old URL (domain.com/dashboard/withdraw-requests/) on version 4.0+, and the “Dokan New Withdrawal Request” email worked correctly when the withdrawal was made through that link
to summarize, the “Dokan New Withdrawal Request” email notification only works if the withdrawal is made via domain.com/dashboard/withdraw-requests/ and not through domain.com/dashboard/new/#withdraw
hello, thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the ‘Dokan New Withdrawal Request’ email is still not being sent even if it is enabled in woo emails. There’s also nothing showing up in the email logs. Other Dokan-related emails, like the cancellation request email, are working fine. It’s just this specific email that I’m having issues with
