 * Thanks for your reply, Alexandr. Yes, you are correct. Am I correct that there
   is no way of stopping this from happening? So the user would need to log back
   into their profile and complete the payment if it has failed and they will still
   show as registered users on the system.

 * Thanks! I figured out what the problem was, I had added all members manually 
   already, so they could not register themselves.
