Thank you Edvard for looking along and pointing out the CSP! I hadn’t looked into that direction yet. This is now resolved and GTranslate works again as it should. Very helpful!

I am using Dutch. I did update the existing Dutch language file with the new catolgue (POT) file, using PoEdit. Is that not sufficient?

On top of that I made sure that these translations in particular are in the language file I uploaded (to languages/plugins) and they are still not showing up.
