I fixed it by using the ‘Import Smiley-Package’ button in wp-Monalisa plugin settings in Admin Panel.
I used the following options:
Select smiley package: default.pak (no other option was available)
Checked the ‘Delete current smilies before import:’ option
Clicked on Start Import button and it fixed the error.
