Thanks for reaching out and for the details you shared. From your description, it seems that the posts shared to Facebook may not be publicly visible at the moment.
If that is the case, please check whether your created Facebook app is still in Development mode. You will need to switch the App Mode to Live from here: https://d.pr/i/EQ96yP. Once it is set to Live, please try sharing again.
This usually resolves the issue, and Facebook sharing should become visible as expected. Please let us know how it goes, or if you continue to face any difficulties. We’re here to help.

This notice is generated by Object Cache Pro, as it detects that the
transientcache group is being prefetched. NotificationX uses WordPress transient for caching, which is a standard and safe WordPress practice. Because of this, Object Cache Pro is simply logging a notice related to its own prefetching behavior.Please rest assured, this is not an error and it does not impact your site’s functionality or performance in any way. You can safely ignore this notice.

Sorry to hear that the issue is still not resolved.
I have reviewed the screenshots you shared, and your template settings look correct. However, I could not reproduce the screen shown in the first screenshot on my end. Could you please share a full page screenshot showing exactly when and where this screen appears?
I also tested reconnecting the account and publishing a post manually, and everything is working correctly on my end. Please check the screencast I shared for a clearer understanding and try once by following the same steps.

Please try reconnecting your Threads account. First remove the currently connected account, then connect it again with the required post creation permissions. After reconnecting, please retry posting once.
