Did you sent support from our website or from plugin support page? We try to answer all the support questions and queries as soon as possible in minimum amount of time, we don’t miss support, i can look it up if it goes into spam, sometimes it happens. If you have some problems with the plugin which you do i got it, we have refund policy for that. We will try our best to resolve these issue you explained.
