It’s not the bug, actually more than one feed on a single page is not yet supported, if you want to show more than one feed on a single page or post like you are adding three shortcodes, this feature is only available in premium version. In free version you can show one feed on a single post/page. or you can use one shortcode as @vo1d suggested- This reply was modified 8 years, 3 months ago by Arrow Plugins.

Please check the url of the facebook, it should not be alpha numeric characters, the numbers are not allowed in the facebook url in our plugin, may be that will be the issue, please change the url of your facebook page making it totally alphabets like http://www.facebook.com/google

In our plugin you can get live feed from hashtag from Twitter and IG but not from facebook yet, we will ad this feature in coming few updates to fetch feeds from from through hashtagsRegards

Hi, yes, there is jquery version conflict,

There is only one file which download with the premium link named socialfeed-premium.zip
You just need to install this zip file
Please go to you wordpress dashboard, click on plugins from the left menuthen click on add new, after that there will appear new button Upload Plugin
please click on that button and select the premium zip file and let it install after that remove the free version if installed
