Currently, it is not possible to show the subscription form to specific users. It will be displayed to all the visitors.
But, can you perhaps explain why do you want to show it to some users (logged-in users) and how will it be helpful to you? It will be great if you can help us understand the requirement so that we can think about it.

The column header for the email field should be Email only. Please change Email id to Email and try importing contacts again.

1. I need to send emails informing subscribers about new blog posts once a month.
A. Scheduling post notifications is a feature which is not available in the free version of Email Subscribers. It is part of PRO version. We also allow Post Digest in PRO in which you can select number of post that can be combined into one mail as a notification email and you can schedule it once a month as well.2. I need to send emails every time a new product is added to woocommerce
A. You can create a post notification campaign and select a Custom Post type (for eg. Product) to achieve this functionality.Thank You !

Regarding your above message I would like to inform that in the lite version of Email Subscribers, emails are sent through WP Cron.> Now the question arises what is it?
A. WordPress uses WP Cron to handle scheduling time-based tasks. In ES it handles email sending. But WP Cron is dependent on website traffic. It executes when there are visitors on the website. If there is daily heavy traffic on your website the emails sending should work fine.In order to improve timely email deliverability and avoid manually hitting the Send link we have setup our own Cron in the Premium version of ES. So there’s no need to setup an external cron via cPanel if you are using a Premium version of ES.

Yes, it should work with the free version as well. We tested on our side but couldn’t replicate the issue with the latest version. Also since you mentioned the form settings are fine, can you contact us here so that we can debug further with the temporary access.

Hello,
Reducing the cache expiry to less than 10hrs should work. We tested with the cache plugin you are using (Cache Enabler) on our setup and it worked. Please check and let us know if this helps.
