Hey Andrew, thanks for getting back to us.
If you can jump into the private support threads (#339424) you should be able to see that we’ve added some credentials for you.
* Who is your hosting provider – Flywheel (https://app.getflywheel.com/) – I believe they do server-side caching… but nothing has changed on their end — just ours.
* If you disable all plugins except Paid Memberships Pro and set your theme to TwentyTwentyOne and let me know if this issue persists? (unfortunately, it’s very hard for us to isolate this on a production multisite but we may be able to try on a local dev site?)
* Are you able to replicate this on another hosting site or staging environment (that’s not on the same server)? I’ll try the same on my local server.
* Did this issue only occur from Paid Memberships Pro V2.5.7? Yep. If you have a quick look at that ticket you may find more clues. I might try rolling back the plugin to see if that helps.
Also, just an FYI (might not be related) but on the your/the paidmembershipspro.com website when I log in on Chrome + iPhone (mobile/celluar connection) I click through to the default “log in” pagae in the header menu -> then it goes to your custom log-in page -> but then it redirects me to the /wp-login.php page even after a successful log-in. Only from wp-login.php could I log in on mobile. I may be jumping at shadows but that’s basically the same experience many of our users were facing. This kind of constant redirect loop.
We’re experiencing a very similar issue after updating to the latest PMPro version. We run a multisite and are seeing our members unable to log in (unless they’re in Incognito) — then going in a redirect loop from our custom page (e.g. /login) -> the default login page /wp-login.php/?redirect_to
We run over Cloudflare CDN with Elementor & WP Fusion running UX and syncing, in the background.
Our team is almost certain it’s due to a change in cookies being set. But maybe it’s part-WP fusion & part PMPro? Not sure if anyone is experiencing similar issues across their plugin stack? Everything was fine.
If I get a reply from the PMPro team or resolve the issue I’ll fill you guys in.

In reply to: [Redirection] Regex redirect impacting SEO?Update: I think it’s a greedy expression: https://redirection.me/support/faq/
i.e. the URLs are too similar. I will check back in after a day or week or so to help other users if it solves our Search Console issues.
