 * Nevermind I got it. For anyone seeing this in the future…
 * If you are noticing an inconsistency between the delay you set and the loading
   time, check your PAGE delay time. There is a site-wide delay time as well as 
   a page delay time. The page delay overrides the site-wide delay.
