 * Thanks for your first reply!
 * Unfortunately i need the licencense key to contact the plugin support. And i 
   diddnt have, the structure is a bit weird, a agency bought and set this plugin
   a couple of years ago. its not possible to contact them and so we didnt have 
   the key, i wrote already a mail to the publisher of the plugin.
 * i thought maybe one here is using this plugin too and have an idea.
 * its really strange, that the voucher code is already used even the order status
   is not completed, in my opinion it is a bug.
 * I understund for sure, that no one here will be buy the plugin only for help 
   me, but if someone is using it at see the my problem, please write me.

 * `There was an issue in the permission of the root/wp-snapshot and the root/wp-
   snapshot/tmp folders`

 * I have the same error !!! I already deactivate the plugin and reinstall and did
   also all updates.
