we asked our hosting provider but they can not help us the say the following:
Judging by the mail, it is an error sending the request, it should be without www. to be done. However, this request is not made from us but from your website. Therefore, we do not have access to this request and it is beyond our support. It is best to approach an experienced website builder or programmer for this. This error is not due to the web hosting, so unfortunately we cannot help you.
we have the same problem, and there is no www by our site url. can you please help?
