 * We are experiencing the same issue. We have to de-activate the plugin to access
   our templates. For us, we don’t have thumbnails so it’s just the placeholder.

 * Yes- thank you! Updating Convertkit for Gravity Forms solved the problem for 
   me as well. Thank you!
